Styled after the Tahitian cottages on the Polynesian island of Bora Bora, our cabanas are built from native materials by craftsmen utilizing the same skill and techniques the islanders used in the days of the great sailing ships. Ramon’s Village is a sanctuary nestled in a tropical garden of Royal Palms, bougainvillea, lilies, hibiscus and dozens of other types of tropical flora. Surrounded by the plant life are Mayan sculptures that provide a glimpse of the civilization that preceded us in this Caribbean paradise.
Lounge chairs are positioned around the pool area for your tanning enjoyment. When you get hungry or thirsty our pool waiters will see to it that all your hunger pangs and thirsts are quenched. Two palm thatched palapas separate the pool and deck area from the beach. Beneath the pool palapas are plush deck chairs that invite you to sit, sip a tropical beverage, read a novel, people watch, and then slip into la-la-land and dream of what Heaven must be like.
