Throughout 2023, the Global AIDS Policy Partnership (GAPP) will be highlighting key milestones related to the 20th anniversary of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). Exactly two decades ago, on March 17, 2003, PEPFAR was introduced in the United States House of Representatives, paving the way for the initiative to become one of the most remarkable global health successes of our time.
