EVERY ONE IN WORLD REMEMBERS THE TEACHINGS OF LORD BUDDHA. THE TEACHINGS OF LORD BUDDHA ALWAYS MOTIVATE EVERYONE,TO PAY MY REVERENTIAL HOMAGE TO LORD BUDDHA I THOUGHT OF MAKING , UNDER THE GUIEDANCE OF OUR ART TEACHER.

IN OUR COUNTRY NAVARATRI FESTIVAL IS CELEBTATED WITH LOT OF ZEAL AND FERVOR. THIS FESTIVAL LASTS FOR NINE DAYS. ON THE SECOND DAY OF NAVRATRI SOMETHING STRUCK MY MIND AND I DECIDED TO MAKE SOMETHING CREATIVE TO BE THE PART OF FESTIVITY THAT I COULD ALL AROUND. I MADE THIS EARTHEN LAMP TO EXPREES MY DEVOTION TO GODDESS DURGA.

LIPPAN ART HAS ALSO BEEN LEARNT DURING LOCKDOWN PERIOD. IT WAS INDEED A VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE TO USE CLAY, MUD AND MIRROR IN CREATIVE WAY. SEVERAL OTHER ART FORMS COULD ALSO BE LEARNT DURING THIS PERIOD.

THIS IS ONE OF MY PROUD COLLECTIONS , THE CHARAN DIYAS. WE KNOW THAT THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS , DIWALI IS APPROACHING . I CREATED THESE CHARAN DIYAS WHICH SPREADS THE ENLIGHTENMENT EVERYWHERE AND REMOVE DARKNESS. THESE DIYAS ALSO ENCOURAGE US TO FIGHT AGAINST THE DEADLY VIRUS OF COVID-19.

HERE ARE MY MORE CREATIVE THINGS WHICH I MADE DURING LOCKDOWN

Creativity is always oceanic. It cannot be gauged. So far I am just at the surface level. I, however, have keen desire to delve deep into this ocean of creativity. Our art teacher is extending her full support to me. I will not let my creative urge perish. By using clay to make different images I have developed in me deep respect for soil of my mother land. My bonding with my mother nation has gone deep. I will deepen it further in the days to come by learning more nuances of clay modelling.

When I beheld the beautiful view of mother nature, it immediately made me realize the responsibility that we all have towards mother nature. Clean and green environment is certainly our responsibility. We are all paying a heavy prize of our apathetic attitude towards our Mother Nature. I decided to spread the environmental awareness through plantation.

During the course of this self-exploration I realized that I need to optimize the use of my time in order to tread the path that would lead me to glory. When I used my sketching and coloring skill to effective use, my resolve got further strengthened and I actually started getting up at 4.AM. When I became an early riser, I could recognize the bounties that Nature offers us all. This strengthened my bond with nature. Now every day I go on the terrace and experience the fresh breeze and matchless splendor of colors of the rising sun.

In the last few months I could take some long and strong strides towards self discovery. I could identify all that was lying in the innermost recesses of my heart. Thanks to my passion for painting and thanks to my creative zeal that I could explore. This is certainly the start of my creative growth. It shall continue and I will keep on growing with the wings of creativity.
