Guest Ridership Returns 2/22
Guest ridership will be reinstated at the elementary level starting February 22nd. Hopefully this provides a big help to families and students for shared babysitting, afternoon playdates, rehearsals, etc. Please communicate with our office regarding your children going home with other students on the bus just as you would for any other dismissal changes by emailing Mrs. Ely at hillendaledismissal@ucfsd.net. Hillendale "Book Swap" for Read Across America Week
Animal Shelter Collection Drive
Hillendale's Autistic Support classrooms are working on a special service project benefiting local animal shelters. Students in the autistic support classroom created the poster below to advertise their effort to collect supplies they intend to donate. If you are interested, please consider making a small donation to their cause as they learn about helping animals in our community.

Bagged Lunch Program
Our Bagged Lunch Program started this past week. Each year we use the money raised during the Penny Drive to purchase items to build bagged lunches. Students decorated brown bags and filled them with lunch items to be donated to people in the community. This year we are partnering with an amazing organization that does a lot of great work! Please consider volunteering to help the kids work this wonderful program. CLICK HERE to volunteer (spots left for Kindergarten and 2nd Grade).
