Fitness

Fitness Tip: Stretching before and after a workout can help prevent injury, improve blood flow, and improve balance.

Women on Weights

Women on Weights is a program taught by one of our female personal trainers. This course reviews warm-ups, proper technique, and how to tackle intimidation in the weight room. Classes are $10 for students and $15 for non-students. Check out our next classes on April 5 and April 27 from 4 -5pm at Skyline Fitness Center.

Introducing themed cycling classes! During the month of April, we will be holding themed cycling classes. Themes range from Hip Hop to Boy Bands vs Fall Out Boy.

I Have a Flat Tire, Now What?

If an emergency happens on the road, will you know what to do? Check out our workshop on April 20th, from 5-6 pm, where we'll teach you the steps it takes to change a tire.

Key Log Rolling

Just roll with it! Check out Key Log Rolling every Tuesday at 8 pm during the Spring 2023 semester. No experience necessary!

Lifeguard Certifications

Did you know that we offer lifeguarding certification and recertification classes? Our next recertification class is on Saturday, April 22nd, from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm. Registration closes on Saturday, April 15th.

Intramural Sports

Season 2 IM Sports

Season 2 of Intramural Sports begins on April 2nd. This season includes Volleyball, Flag Football, and 11v11 Soccer. Registration for teams is now closed, but individuals can still join teams before playoffs.

We will be holding FIFA23 and Cornhole tournaments on Friday, April 21st at 4:00 pm. Registration runs from Monday, April 10th -Thursday, April 20th.

Need a break from your screen? Join us on April 22nd - 23rd for our C&O Overnight Canal Bikepacking Trip! Our trips fill up quickly, but we do have a waitlist available.

Pitch-In on the Piedmont

Earth Day is April 22! To celebrate, we are cleaning up the Piedmont Trail from 2-5 pm on the Sci-Tech Campus in Manassas. A free meal will be provided for volunteers.

Gather your team and join us on April 30th from 2-5 pm for our Spring into Service event! This day of service is dedicated to preserving The EDGE course and the Piedmont Trail on Mason's Sci-Tech Campus in Manassas. After service hours are complete, volunteers are invited to ride on the giant swing!
