ARE YOU LOOKING TO TRANSITION TO PLANT BASED EATING BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START ?
You are not alone in this struggle. I remember my first attempt at becoming a vegan many years ago and it was an epic fail! Not having a support system in the begining is the biggest reason why many of us find it so hard to fully commit to a plant based diet. For so long you were raised on a whole different way of eating, and your health has suffered in many ways because of it. Then you ask yourself, "how do I not eat any animal byproduct ?" So Plantiful want's to eliminate all of your stress and frustration when it comes to your plant based journey.
We have created easy, ready made vegan meals for you. Yes you heard it right, we will prepare delicious, flavorful dinners for you from our repertoire of soulful recipes from all over the African diaspora. Even though you have decided to eliminate all animal byproduct, that doesn’t mean your new way of eating has to be bland and boring. We stay bringing you plenty flavor in every meal!

Through catering services, meal prep packages, and community cooking classes we want to empower a heavily impacted community.
