The magazine focuses on customer service as well as marketing advice with columns from industry professionals about the shifts in the mortgage, title and other related fields that affect the business of local agents.
Just like Attorney at Law Magazine, Real Estate Agent Magazine focuses on the local community with event spotlights, association news and interviews with local top producers and teams.
THE I.C. BUSINESS MODEL
As the local publisher of either Attorney at Law Magazine or Real Estate Agent Magazine, your focus will be on selling and booking advertising and content marketing solutions to local professionals, businesses and vendors.
As the salesperson and local publisher, you will shape the magazine to fit your local market. You will select who graces the cover and which professionals to feature each month. You will also solicit and collect content from associations and industry experts.
Once the magazine launches, you will manage the advertising schedule and the editorial calendar to produce a monthly publication.
Target Market Media Publications will give you authorization to sell advertising under our registered trademarks. The company will also cover the cost of producing and mailing the magazine as well as handle all billing and collections. As the I.C. publisher your sales efforts will be fully supported by Target Market Media Publications.
INCOME POTENTIAL
Under the I.C. publisher opportunity, your income will be 100% COMMISSION BASED. Commissions are earned off sold advertising and content marketing in the magazine. Commission levels vary up to 40% with no cap to your earning potential.
