What is microlearning?
Microlearning should be quick, on demand, repeatable, stackable and targeted.
Craig shared his experience with TikTok content (@ExcelDictionary) about Excel skills that could be learned quickly - only 30 seconds. He explored this further himself, taking up the challenge to create his own microlearning content that is:
- Short
- Repeatable
- Has no talking
- Gives them a resource to easily refer back to all the time.
Context is important
By making sure that your content is fit for purpose, you increase engagement and usability.
