It's All Coming Together
Lot 1 is on track to close in mid-June when we will have the final walk and Certificate of Occupancy from the City. The interior is almost complete with toilets, finished plumbing, and finished electrical scheduled for installation. As for the exterior, the landscaping irrigation is almost complete as well as final landscaping. We have purchased the water meter and it is scheduled for installation on Monday June 6.
Lot 4 is on track to close at the end of June when we will have the final walk and Certificate of Occupancy from the City. The interior is coming along nicely. Sheetrock is installed and prepped for paint. We have started the cabinet build and interior trim installation. Handrails are welded and installed for the stairwell. As for the exterior, the driveway and side walkway are prepped for concrete pour. The stucco and siding are installed and final paint is scheduled. Landscaping excavation has started for the water lines.
In the court, horizontal development is moving forward. The first layer of asphalt is installed and on Monday, we are starting the final pavement for Cecile Court and a portion of Lloyd drive. Despite the city being short on water meters, we have purchased two and installed them for lots 1 and 4. Both lights for the court are installed and the final electrical hookup is scheduled. All curbs and gutters are installed. We have ordered the street and stop sign and scheduled their installation along with street striping (paint). Lastly, final landscape has started for the detention pond.
