Facing Hamilton on Saturday, the Mules played with the energy and ferocity that they have been known for throughout the season. Tied up 2-2 in the second period, Colby opened the floodgates with three consecutive goals to stretch their lead to 5-2. With a final score of 6-4, Colby advanced to fight for the NESCAC crown against Trinity on Sunday.

The Mules kept constant pressure on the Hamilton goalie Saturday.
First year Jake MacDonald opened the scoring halfway through the first period against the Continentals.

In Sunday's Championship game, Trinity scored a goal in each period to tip the ice for a 3-0 lead. Sophomore Jack Sullivan put Colby on the board with just under four minutes to play, setting fire to the sold out home crowd. An ensuing Trinity penalty led NESCAC Coach of the Year Blaise MacDonald to pull his goalie for a 6 on 4 advantage, looking to close the two-goal gap. The Bantams responded, regaining possession and finding an empty net en route to a 4-1 victory and their sixth NESCAC Championship.
