Eagle of the Week

New to MSE this year is the "Eagle of the Week" Award. Each week, teachers will nominate and we will select about one student from each grade level that goes above and beyond each and every day in the classroom and in our school. These students will be honored with a nomination by a teacher, they'll get to take a picture with our "Eagle Trophy" and they sign their name on the trophy where it will stay for years to come! Next time you're at MSE, stop by the showcase in the main lobby to see the trophy and the students who have won it so far! This weeks' Eagles of the Week are: Brielle Y., Gabby E., Luke M. Congrats and thank you!

Positive Referrals and Behaviors

Congrats to Evan B., Gavin D. and Mia S. for being selected as the MSE positive acts of the week. Keep up the great job students, we are so proud of you! #BeTheChange #ItsAEastThing

Positive You Week #7 Focus

In this week’s video, Kenny Spear continues the November theme of Awareness by focusing on “boldness”. The goal is to make sure students know it takes “boldness” or “courage” to take truly accomplish your purpose and implement your super powers.

Students can now sign up to sing the National Anthem at the home boys basketballl games. Songs must be sung in the same key and non choir students must sing for Mrs. Moews before signing up. The first home game is December 1.

At East, we want every student to be involved and feel a sense of belonging to the school community. Whether it's with sports, or after school clubs, every student should be involved in some way! Below are some announcements from various clubs.
