The Women at Adobe Leadership Recognition Program was created to elevate the wonderful women who work at Adobe, exemplifying the Adobe Capabilities and Adobe Core Values day in and day out. If you are interested in recognizing a colleague for the next quarterly release please do so here. All recognitions will be highlighted at the beginning of each quarter.
Kripa Nerlikar, Senior Professional Services Business Operations Manager
BE FOCUSED: drive operational excellence
Kripa has been such a valuable member of our team and has an exemplary track record of driving results. She routinely exemplifies all of the Adobe Capabilities in her day to day, but in particular, she has been relentlessly focused on standing up a program within the global Professional Services organization that is a critical component of a partnership with Accenture. Leveraging her diligence, strategic thinking, and project management skills, she created the structure around a $15M program that focuses on retaining our most important Audience Manager and Analytics customers. She operationalized a complex program in a very short period of time, enabling the business to start executing quickly.
She continues to drive operational excellence by responding to changing business conditions and evolving the program, all while maintaining focus on the bigger picture and our leadership's goals. We are lucky to have Kripa at the helm of such a critical program for the business!

Zoya Bylinskii, Research Scientist
BE A LEADER: Partner and Break Down Silos
Zoya has created a strong connection between Research and the Doc Cloud team to push forward an ambitious agenda about increasing the readability of PDF documents. Her ability to attract people to this project has been second-to-none and she is making everyone feel welcome and valued. Furthermore, she has put several world-class academic experts in contact with us and she coordinates their efforts to inform the design of Acrobat so everyone can be a better reader. She mentors interns, researchers, collaborators, and even Adobe employees from other areas who volunteer their time to be able to work with her on this project. She mentors people either directly, or if she feels someone else would be a better teacher, she sets up a mentoring partnership with others.
The readability project has clear applications in many domains and in particular in education, where poor reading ability can hold back students and have a dramatic impact on their lives. Making PDF documents easier to read can benefit many people and emphasize the key role that Adobe plays in this domain. To deliver this result, Zoya’s contribution is to create an entirely new field of study: she is defining the research agenda, creating the protocols, and animating a community of researchers spread across multiple locations. She has set up this collaboration so that there is a tight feedback loop between these researchers and the Acrobat team, which creates a fertile ground for innovation that benefits everyone. She is constantly coming up with new ideas for research or for developing members of the team. Many of our projects originate from her ideas. She then follows up with energy and leadership to see her ideas through to fruition. Her vision that Liquid Mode could open new avenues for research and products is already having a big impact, and her partnership with the Acrobat team promises to deliver even more.
