Instructional Leadership
Thank you for your time to learn more about my instructional coaching and leadership experience. Above all, I adopt a servant leader mindset to grow quality science education in fellow teachers. My goal is for equity and representation in the sciences for underrepresented populations through explicit lesson planning, intentional cultural inclusivity, and relationship-building classroom management practices. I have been in the education field for 19 years, holding instructional leadership roles as middle school and high school department chair, middle and high school district science curriculum writer, and junior high campus-based Science, Math, and History instructional coach.
