Flippity
Talk about time savers! This tool is amazing! Flippity is a Google Sheets add-on. There are several templates to choose from, including games, flashcards, random name pickers, tournament brackets, and more using spreadsheets that you create. I was immediately able to use it in my classroom. We've made vocabulary flashcards already and I've grouped students in an instant a few times.
Remember the Milk
This is a beneficial app that you can use across all of your devices to send yourself reminders. It's simple and quick to set up, and you will get a notification sent right to your phone or tablet. You have the ability to share reminders with other people, too. This is an excellent tool to send reminders to a spouse! Remember The Milk has the ability to create labels for your reminders, as well as lists.
Doodle
Don't you just LOVE cluttering up your email inbox with messages between several people trying to find a time to get together that works for everyone? No? Doodle has the solution! In Doodle, you can create an event with several proposed dates and times. Next, you invite your guests to signify which of those dates and times works for them. Voila! You have an organized way to see when everyone is available. Genius!
Google Keep
This tool is FANTASTIC for organizing all of the random thoughts I have throughout the day. I use WAY too many sticky notes on a day-to-day basis, and this replaces most of them. I can make quick notes, voice memos (helpful when on the go), reminders (that show up in my calendar), to-do lists (that I can check off - a gratification I NEED), and even snap a photo! There is also the ability to assign tags to notes and color-coordinate. I'm obsessed with color-coordinating?
With all of this control of your time management, you might start to feel like you're your own time lord!
