At Hudson RPO, we're shaping the future of talent, and at the heart of our business is our Centre of Excellence, based in Manila. We're a team of almost 50 curious and talented people who are passionate about connecting top global talent to the right opportunities for our network of global clients.
We think differently and enjoy using our creativity to find niche and specialized talent. Our team has deep expertise in sourcing and recruiting roles across the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Technology sectors. Our Manila team also work collaboratively with our onsite teams across Asia Pacific, giving our people the chance to take a truly strategic and consultative approach.

And when it is safe to do so, you will be able to choose the right balance between working from home, or working onsite in Ortigas (or maybe you prefer a mix of both!). However you work best, we believe in giving you the technology and tools to do that.

Prior to joining Hudson RPO, Eugene lived in Manila's city centre, far away from his family who live in a distant province.
Things quickly changed for Eugene, when he was able to use flexible working arrangements to dramatically impact his work-life balance for the better.
