Lennie Lennie Is a staic character
Chapter 1
"They run us outta weed" (Steinbeck 7)
Lennie touched a girls dress and got to excited and got himself in trouble so him and George have to leave weed.
"Tell me like you done be before"
Lennie tells George to tell him about how their life is different from other guys.
"God almighty if I was alone I could live so easy"
George gets annoyed with Lennie and starts telling him that all he does is hold him back in life.
Chapter 2
"Strong as a bull"
Lennie goes with George to get there new job in Soledad.
"No he ain't, but he a hell of a good worker. Strong as a bull."
George tells their boss that Lennie is as strong as a bull.
"I don't want no trouble"
Lennie tells George that he doesn't want no trouble with Curley.
Chapter 3
Say you sure we're right about him maybe he ain't bright, but I never seen such a worker. Steinbeck 39
Slim tells George that he was right about Lennie.
"Let's get outta here, it's mean"msteinbeck 45
Lennie says he wants to leave the farm because it's mean there.
"We jus come in" Steinbeck 44
Lennie tells Curley that they just came into the farm and is scared of Curley
Chapter 4
"I ain't doing nothing" Steinbeck 68
Lennie goes into crooks barn to see the puppies but crooks doesn't want him I there.
"What you supposing for?"
Lennie goes into crooks room and has a conversation with him about George.
"You let this guy alone"
Candy sticks up for Lennie when curleys wife started telling him things.
Chapter 5
"Why you gotta die you wasn't so little as them mice"
Lennie kills one of slims pups that he had in the barn.
"I done a bad thing, I done another bad thing." Steinbeck 91
Lennie kills curleys wife and runs to the brush that George told him to hide at if he gets in trouble.
"I'm goin, I'm gonna shoot the guts outta that big bastard." Steinbeck 100
Lennie kills curleys wife and Curley says he's gonna shoot the guts out of him.
Chapter 6
"Hide in the brush an wait for George" Steinbeck 102
Lennie goes to the brush were George told him to hide at if he gets in trouble.
"Let's get that place now" Steinbeck 106
Lennie tells George to get their dream house right now.
"You do bad things" Steinbeck 100
Lennie gets scolded by his aunt Clara for doing bad things.
