I'm Shannon Thomas. I was born and raised in Houston Texas! I moved to Oklahoma where I went to the UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL OKLAHOMA and started my fitness career. I'm currently reside in Oklahoma City with a career in personal training.
My first competition was in 2012. I competed in 4 shows and became the first men’s physique pro in Oklahoma at USA in Vegas. I’ve competed in 8 pro shows including the Arnold Classic. I hope to continue to motivate and inspire others. One day I hope to become a name in the fitness industry and be able to compete in the Olympia!
What motivate me is my mom! She passed away of breast cancer 2010. She’s the reason why I work so hard and push myself daily!
