"The President's Own" Fall Chamber Series returns in 2022 with both IN PERSON and LIVESTREAMING concerts in October. All concerts are free and no tickets required. Schedule subject to change.

Featuring pianist Master Sgt. Russell Wilson front and center, the first chamber concert includes the inimitable music of “The Three Bs,” classical music composers Johann Sebastian Bach, Johannes Brahms, and Ludwig van Beethoven.

Coordinated by clarinetist Staff Sgt. Parker Gaims, the concert centers on Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Quintet in A for Clarinet and Strings, K. 581, including the contemporary Companion Piece also for clarinet and strings that is intended to be performed alongside the Quintet. In addition, the program will feature the world premiére of percussionist Master Sgt. Jonathan Bisesi’s Melting Pot.

Coordinated by violinist Staff Sgt. Sara Matayoshi, this concert features a variety of string ensembles, including violin and cello duo; string quartet and quintet; solo violin; and strings with clarinet and piano. With a mix of both old and new works, the program offers variety for any listener.
