Personal guaranties: The enemy of limited liability

The limited liability protections that corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities afford their owners is one of the driving engines of our entrepreneurial economy. As long as the owners mind certain formalities and steer clear of fraudulent conduct, the limited liability feature of these business entities will protect the owners from any personal liability with respect to their business activities. It goes without saying, that this dynamic by itself allows entrepreneurs to take risks they otherwise might not take. Read full article.

Every step you take after the crime to restore your good name — not to mention to find the perpetrator — can be trying. You could spend weeks or more getting back to a normal financial life. Scrappy Culture for Growing Businesses

In-person program running every 4 weeks starting April 25, 2023

Designed for business owners/a company's leadership team, this multi-day program is built for resource-constrained companies who value the impact a great culture delivers. Six sessions include: Values & Purpose; Hiring & Onboarding; Employee Engagement; Employee Development & Performance; Rewards and Recognition; and Customer Experience & Engagement.

You can enroll in the full six-session series for the most favorable pricing, or bundle required Session 1 – Values & Purpose – with your choice of a second session to get you started on your journey.
