Completed in fall 2000, EMU's University Commons provides state-of-the-art athletic facilities as well as a community gathering place. North Commons houses University Admissions and the Royals' Den snack shop. It also houses the Student Life and Health & Wellness suites.
In fall 2022, North Commons will also debut a student union and Common Grounds Coffeehouse both of which can be found on the second floor.
