This is the map of Damghan, The earthquake had over 200,000 casualties, and the map shows where the earthquake struck. The area of significant damage extended along the Alborz for about 220 miles. Hecatompylos, the former capitol of Parthia, was destroyed. Half of Damghan was destroyed, along with apart of the town Bustam. After the earthquake, it was so badly destroyed tht people just abandoned it all together.
