It's Summer at Del Webb at Trinity Falls!

The pool is open year-round at Del Webb at Trinity Falls. Below you will find more specific information regarding facility access, pool hours, and what to expect when visiting the pool this year.

We can't wait to see you around the Amenity Center this summer!

Access Cards

An active access card is required for entry to the pool. If you have already signed your access cards, you do not need to sign them again.

Obtaining New Access Cards

If you are new(er) to Del Webb at Trinity Falls and have not yet requested access cards, please follow the links below to complete a Facility Use Agreement, COVID-19 waiver, and Access Card Agreement. These waivers are required for all individuals who enter the facilities. In addition, each individual in the household needs to sign their own waivers.

Once we receive ALL completed waivers, the Association staff will reach out to let you know your access cards are available for pick up at the Del Webb at Trinity Falls Amenity Center.

What If I already have facility cards from the previous owner?

If you currently have access cards from the previous homeowner, you will still need to request new access cards. Cards are audited and deactivated when residents move out. Please bring them to the Association office when you have completed your waivers and received your confirmation email, and we will trade them out with your new activated ones!

What if I moved, but still live in Del Webb at Trinity Falls?

If you moved households within Del Webb at Trinity Falls, we would need updated waivers with your current address. Access cards signed with your previous household are deactivated upon move-out.

Do I have to be at the Amenity Center with my guests?

Yes, all guests (max. six per lot) must be accompanied and supervised by a resident when using the Amenity Center or other Association facilities.

Hours of Operation

The pool hours are 365-days a year; from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Grandchildrens' Hours

Memorial Day Weekend Until Labor Day (Sunday)

Monday - Friday: 2:00 - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday: 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Food & Drinks

While food and drinks are permitted within the pool area, they must be kept around the seating areas.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the water or along the pool edge.

Outdoor Restroom

The code for the outdoor restroom located on the southeast corner of the Amenity Center

Select the numbers four (4) and five (5) together, followed by pressing the number one (1).

Important Reminders

Residents found not following any of the below rules, and the full list of rules in our Facility Use and Regulations may result in the termination of their pool access for the remainder of the season.

• Pool gates must be closed properly after entering or exiting the pool area. At no time shall Residents prevent the proper closure of a pool gate - including but not limited to propping open, blocking the strike plate, and soft-closing to prevent latching.

• Our pool umbrellas provide a much-needed respite for residents from the sun's rays while lounging poolside. We ask that residents please close the umbrellas after use. Due to the high winds, our umbrellas can easily break or find their way into the pool. We sincerely appreciate the community coming together to keep the Amenity Center looking its best.

• No pets are allowed inside the pool area due to our pool permit. If pets are within the pool gates, we risk losing our pool permit.

• Showers must be taken before entering the pool. If using sun oils or lotions, showers must be taken prior to each entry into the pool.

• Please ensure the ADA pool chair lift is turned off after use.

• Glass is prohibited in the pool area.

• No Smoking.

• Lane dividers are used as a safety measure to separate lap swimmers from other pool users, properly guide the lap swimmer, and preclude injury from interference outside the lanes. Disturbing the lane markers in any way is prohibited.

• Sound producing equipment is prohibited in the pool unless used with earphones and shall only be allowed on the deck and lounge areas. Water exercises classes and Association events, however, may use sound equipment as necessary to conduct their program(s).

• Children under the age of 19 are not permitted in the spa. And only permitted to use the pool during Grandchildren's Hours.

Replacement Access Cards

Per the Access Card Agreement, a fee of $50.00 must be paid to the Association before a replacement card will be issued. Contact the Association office if you need to replace any Access Cards. A limit of two cards per home.

BB Owen Park

The Splashpad located at Basecamp has been opened for the 2022 season. The hours that the Splashpad will be operational are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The restroom hours at Basecamp are from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.

Trinity Falls Pool Access

To receive an Access Card for the Trinity Falls Master Community Pool, we require all of our residents to sign a Facilities Use Agreement and Covid-19 Waiver.

Once we receive your signed waivers, you will receive a confirmation email from Amanda, Lifestyle Associate at Trinity Falls Master letting you know when your Access Cards are made and ready to be picked up! You will be picking up your Access Card from the Del Webb Amenity Center!

To prioritize access to the pool for residents, guests will not be permitted at this time. Guest access may resume later this summer following the opening of The Lodge.
