Hiding In Plain Sight cool San Fernando Valley alternative landmarks

We get so busy going about the business of living and working, that sometimes we drive right by something that should catch our attention, and we miss it. Today, let's try and remedy a few of those "missed opportunities" for taking a fun selfie, or seeing something you didn't know was a mile away from your home.

The Cadillac shaped building in Tarzana near Ventura and Corbin
The Museum of Neon Art in Glendale
Bronson Cave in Griffith Park
Stay a night in Burbank
The Tonga Hut
Van Alden Cave

Did you know there used to be an amusement park in the Valley, at the Anheuser Busch Brewery? Reminders of Busch Gardens still fly in the skies above the Valley. Some of the feral parrots and parakeets heard squawking overhead are believed to be progeny of birds that escaped from the park -- or survivors themselves," remarks The Valley Observed. Nothing left for the public to see there now, but our SFV and SCV is filled with interesting finds... Did I miss a favorite of yours? Let me know in the comments on Facebook.
