Our food comes only fromΒ the forest or its surroundings. Our meat comes from the forest where we find ourselves, in collaboration with a team of hunters, we can make sure we keep our promise: eat the most local food possible. Our Eggs, fruits and vegetables are also produced less than 20km from the restaurant.

FWooD is a family business, created by Jhon Kujil in 1972. After 40 years of activity, he was forced to leave the restaurant abandoned. It was 3 years later, in 2015, than the two current owners, Elyo Secci and Baptiste BeuillΓ© decided to buy the restaurant to convert it into a concept of gourmet restaurant in the trees. After multiple failures, they arrived, in 2020 to be selected by the Michelin guide and in 2021 be recommended by Gordon Ramsay.
Our cooks are the most competent in the region, Problems do not scare them, allergies and chronic diseases are not obstacles for them. The same goes for vegetarian or vegan people.
