As a multi cultural woman, I love discovering new things, new people, new cultures, new countries, new landscapes, new ways of doing things, new skills, new scents, different cuisines... .

- Evaluate the training needs of the different Product Groups of the BU, the regional sales managers and local marketing managers to propose specific global training plans (internal and external)
- Propose training plans and tools that seduce, engage and help people growing (traditional, digital, VR tools...).
- Follow up the deployment and assess the existing training plans/ modules
