Marketing, Communication and training manager, I am very brand sensitive and had the chance to develop this strength in American, French and Dutch international groups such as Sanford, Philips and ABB.

My experiences with Cosmetic, Fine writing, Automotive and Industrial solutions helped me continuously pushing my abilities to:

  • Develop new solutions/ ranges (as International Brand manager), global press and advertising campaigns (as European & Global Marketing Communications Manager)
  • Help people grow through customized training plans (as Global Training Manager)
  • Organize international fairs Change the positioning of a brand
  • Define marketing, communication & training strategies and plans, at country, regional and global levels.

Who I Am?

As a multi cultural woman, I love discovering new things, new people, new cultures, new countries, new landscapes, new ways of doing things, new skills, new scents, different cuisines... .

I'm much more convincing when I propose new ways of thinking or doing things to my peers, my managers or customers, than with my 8 years old boy. The "Human" part of a job is very important to me - Accomplishing my missions by helping others, bringing them something different is very motivating.

As a senior marketing consultant, I can help putting all my professional skills to support your team developing the business through Marketing. Along the different missions you may have for me, I will provide direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing team.

My missions could be:

  • Build brand positioning and awareness, including corporate identity
  • Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and plans, including new product introductions and other marketing projects
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
  • Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
  • Manage agency providers, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  • .... as well as any other marketing, communication and training missions that could be needed.

Global Installation Products Business Unit Training Manager - Electrification Business Line | ABB (69 - France)

  • Definition a global training strategy for the BU
  • Evaluate the training needs of the different Product Groups of the BU, the regional sales managers and local marketing managers to propose specific global training plans (internal and external)
  • Propose training plans and tools that seduce, engage and help people growing (traditional, digital, VR tools...).
  • Follow up the deployment and assess the existing training plans/ modules

2015 - 2017

Business Unit Marketing Communications Manager - Lighting (Kaufel & L'Ebenoid brands) | ABB (69- France)

  • Bring marketing to former industrial focused teams: From industrial approach to end customers focus.
  • Brand conversion plan: Convert Kaufel & L’Ebenoid to the ABB style, keeping the brands recognition items.
  • Prepare and implement marketing launch plans for each of the brands, including digital marketing tools development to the different target groups (specifyers, installers, distributors...)
  • Messaging: Define and exploit memorable customer centric stories through new bank images, customers segmentation...

2010-2012

Global Marketing Communications Manager (Automotive Lighting) | PHILIPS (92- France)

- Definition of worldwide MarCom strategy and regional communication priorities (10.6 M €) - ATL & BTL

- Advertising :

  • Definition and development of worldwide advertising campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing managers, advertising & media purchasing space agencies (Print, online, social media...)
  • Development of advertising visuals and Philips Automotive bank image dedicated to the local teams
  • Evaluation of the campaign performance (IPSOS) and adaptation of existing tools when needed

- PR: Definition & coordination of worldwide PR strategy and local priorities

- Creation of Automotive guidelines in line with the Philips corporate guidelines. Save-guarding of the coherence and relevance of all Marcom activities worldwide

- Regional MarCom plans coordination and key MarCom tools support (leaflets, catalogues, stands, etc...)

- Automotive (AM & OEM) corporate MarCom tools development.
