ABOUT Us

At Rack City Ribs we specialise in producing Southern Style, Slow cooked American cuisine with a Caribbean twist.

All of our meat is locally sourced from the infamous London Smithfields market . We have meticulously reviewed a number of suppliers to find the best quality, taste and cut of meat.

Now let us take you through the journey we take to make these amazing ribs.

Firstly, our Ribs are trimmed, cut and then dry rubbed with our secret Rack city seasoning then slow cooked to perfection for 6 – 8 hours for the amazing fall off the bone sensation when you take your first bite.

We don’t just stop there, once we have finished the slow cook, the ribs are then glazed with one of our own special Rack City homemade marinades , it is then smoked with a premium apple tree smoking wood to give it that amazing aromatic flavour.

The ribs are then brushed down and finished on a Charcoal BBQ grill, for the final caramelization, enhancing all those essential flavours.

We freshly prepare all of our own homemade Rack City Glazes with the family secret recipe and offer various flavours including:

  • Root Beer
  • Mango Tequila
  • Orange Marmalade
