DeonRaps is a recording artist and creative director from Queens, New York. Deon has been recording professionally and releasing music independently along with building visuals that compliment the nuances of his New York sound. In 2020 he released his debut project, ‘The Garden’ & followed up within a calendar year with the EP, ’Sunday’ in the August of 2021. March 2022, he released his second independent studio project entitled "DEON" that has amassed over 100k streams across all platforms. Continuing on his consistent streak of projects in 2023 he released his project, ‘ A Spliff & Chai’ where he displays his growth as an artist and discovers new ways to share his story. Most recently in 2024, Deon teamed up with producer Kimchi Sawce for their collaborative project, Nobodies Birthday. An album that not only celebrates the dynamic between them, but that of their community and their growth in music.
