Club Football Makes Run to National Championship
Mason Recreation's club football team played in the NCFA National Championship this past weekend.

Mason Student to Officiate at the National Championship Tournament
Ian Gagliardi, a Mason Rec Student Official was awarded the title of All Tournament Official and will be heading to the National Championship Tournament for Flag Football in January 2022.

In cold weather, it’s more important than ever to warm up before you work out! Doing large, dynamic movements like power-walking, shallow squats, or jumping jacks, for at least 5 minutes are proven to be more effective in preparing you as a warm-up than holding stretches
