We are glad you will be part of our community among other entrepreneurs - designers, makers, graphic designers, architects, marketing and pr specialists, fashion designers, engineers, artists, IT specialists, sculptors, and many others.

If you want to know who does what around here, without interacting suddenly with a lot of people (we know it can get a little overwhelming) you can check the photo board where you can find photos of your coworkers and you can ask us about them.

How to find out what happens around here?

We like to talk about serious things (contracts, invoices, things to improve) via e-mail at contact@nodmakerspace.ro.

We have a private Facebook group, for Nod members - NOD Community - for announcements, interesting projects, requests, debates, and any other information that you want to share with the community. We are “just” around 450 creative minds…so #nopressure :) and also we have the Slack Channel(you will receive an e-mail invitation to join)

If your membership includes access to the wood or metal workshop, we have the NOD makerspace workshop group that you should join to be updated with information about tools, materials, and other stuff.

About you: Please introduce yourself!

After you settle in, we encourage you to introduce yourself to the Facebook group or slack channel. A small text, or a longer one- you decide, about you, what you do, hobbies, or whatever you want others to know about you.

Calendars: Book spaces for meetings and video conferences.

If you want to book a room for meetings with the clients or the team you can do it in the Book Spaces Calendar. Members can book the 2 rooms for up to 3h/day. Give us your e-mail address via e-mail at contact@nodmakerspace.ro to add you to the calendar.

How to book a room? Very simple:

• For the 1st floor meeting room: choose the time and date you want to book, fill your name followed by @mater
• For the 2nd floor meeting room: choose the time and date you want to book, fill your name followed by @nod
• The Material Library can be used for free when we don't have events.

Don't forget to check if you saved the reservation in the correct calendar NOD - Programari spatii (Book spaces). Sometimes Google selects another calendar automatically, so please check!

Courses and Sharing Knowledge

We like to learn from one another, so if you want to share your skills you can write to us, and maybe we will organize something together. Also, if you want to learn a new skill from various fields- follow us to be updated. Nod members benefit from a discount or can participate for free-so don't hesitate to ask!

We also created the Skills Library, the place where you can share your skills with the community.

Nap Room zzzZZZ

You feel exhausted and you need a power nap? You can go at any time in the nap room. Above the meeting room from the 1st floor, you will find a magic place for sleep and relaxation.

We all need a break sometimes!

Contracts, Payments, Bills

We issue invoices at the beginning of each month and we require that the payment be made in 7 days. Write to us at contact@nodmakerspace.ro for any questions.

• Organize an event in our event spaces! Do you need to organize an event? Very well! This means you do well and we want to support your activity. Give us a heads up to check the availability of the spaces and to discuss the details. Community members benefit from a discount!
• Attend the events we host! We host awesome events for entrepreneurs, freelancers, private companies, fairs, expositions, product launches, hackathons, etc. As a member, you get to find out first about them!!
• WE DO PARTIES! GREAT PARTIES! - closed circle, with local DJ's or friends. We announce them in the Facebook group, print posters, you will see. You can’t miss it!
