Quick-Start Guide
What to Expect on the First Day (July 24)
Band students should arrive by 6:30am and enter the Allen HS PAC entrance with their four required forms, instruments, music (in flip folders with lyres), dressed appropriately with water, and other required items. Unfortunately, Music & Arts will not be in the PAC; please order accessories or rent a marching instrument from Music & Arts (not required - this is if you do not want to bring your professional instrument to the field). Prior to entering the band hall, you will turn in your forms at a check-in table. We will start at 7:00am in the band hall. Lunch is scheduled 11am-12:15pm. Students can bring lunch and eat on campus, parents can deliver lunch, or can leave campus. Rehearsals resume at 12:15pm. We will dismiss from the Band Hall at 3:30pm.
