This past weekend was an incredible experience for all and we want to express our sincere appreciation for all that took part in making last Saturday's BOA/UIL experience one to remember!!!! Thank you to all of the parent volunteers for food distribution, chaperones, truck drivers, parking lot attendees, concession stands, shushers (that's my favorite job!), ticket sales, check-in attendees, warm-up zones helpers, gate entry helpers, volunteer check-in, judge attendees, runners, water station people, greeters..... the list goes on and on! THANK YOU!!!!!!!! You are what make the Prosper Mighty Eagle Band so MIGHTY and what make PISD stand out from the rest. We were truly in awe with what you were able to accomplish this weekend. THANK YOU!

Fundraiser - WE NEED YOU!!!!!!

We are excited to announce that the PBBC has partnered with FanFundit for our Fundraising campaigns this year. FanFundit is a new platform to us, but they've been helping sports programs across the country for years. We chose them because of their truly unique approach to fundraising.
FanFundit combines many things we're all used to but gives us so much more! We think we will KILL IT this year and raise more than we ever have, but we need your help to do it! We are still asking you to collect the email addresses of TWENTY of your closest friends and relatives because those people love us the most. FanFundit helps us expand our donor base BEYOND just Mom and Dad.
Canned Soup Drive
We are collecting canned soup for our friends over at Nourishing Neighbors and need your help! The collection bins will be right next to the band hall door for you to drop them off before or after school.
There will also be an opportunity this upcoming Thursday at our rehearsal at Children's Health Stadium. Mrs. Beitel will be taking any donations behind the scoreboard after rehearsal.
The food drive will end on October 31st in preparation for Thanksgiving for those in need.
PISD Night of Bands
On Wednesday, October 26th, we will be sharing the Children's Health Stadium with our friends from Rock Hill and band members of the Reynolds, Rushing, Rogers and Hays Middle School Bands!
All parents and friends of all Prosper ISD Band Programs are welcome to attend this great event! Each high school will be performing their 2022 competition show for all of the middle school band members in attendance and have time for them to mingle with their high school counterparts.
The show begins at 7:30pm and all parents are welcome to attend this great event!
Absence Requests

Prosper Mighty Eagle Band members are expected to be at all rehearsals, events and performances as listed on the Prosper Band Google Calendar. We understand that unavoidable conflicts may sometimes arise, but it is important that all students are present as we cannot teach an empty spot or chair. It is the student's responsibility to obtain all material that was missed and makeup the time appropriately. If you have attempted all aspects of working around this conflict, but cannot come up with a solution, please fill out the following absence request form ASAP.
