Piper Computer Kits BUILD. ENGAGE. CODE. CREATE.

Piper computer kits bring the ability to build a computer to the classroom. Through coding and kit-building students can construct and wire a device to be used for learning.

By using wooden panels, the Piper computer ships with an affordable frame for your personal Linux computer. The build can take a couple hours, so make sure to set aside some time in the workshop!

Simple, easy to follow instructions break down the construction of the computer frame into various little boxes, similar to building with LEGOs or IKEA furniture.

Most of the electronic components are wired to the Raspberry Pi in the printed instructions, but some of the parts are prompted to be added when running the Minecraft EDU platform.

Buttons and other components get wired to the bridge pins on the Raspberry pi in order to control the character in the Minecraft platform, as well as to trigger events inside its world.

Come on up to visit Studio Teach and come build a Piper computer to get your hands on Minecraft EDU and the future of tech education!
