Prisma iOS Photo Filter
Prisma is a new photo filter for iOS phones and tablets. It's one of the leading edge applications that use neural networks. After you download the application, and load a photo from your camera roll/dropbox, you select a filter style, and see what happens.
After you have a Prisma-baked image, you can take the image into a editing app such as Snapseed for basic editing, or the terrific icolorama app for in-depth painting.
