Hello and welcome to the website of Cheshire based musician & photographer Rob Collins who works under the persona of Wayofthebob
MUSIC OF THE BOB
Rob has written hundreds of tunes over the years both as bass player in the UK Hardcore band Imbalance and as his online persona of Wayofthebob. You can find many of them on his SoundCloud Page and for the majority of his non-solo work you can check out his band Imbalance's website.
Rob once even attempted writing & recording a tune live on the internet. Not his best work and the nerves got the better of him but you can watch it below....

As well as music Rob also loves taking and editing photographs. As a fan of mainly landscape photography, the majority of his photos are taken while travelling.
In recent years Rob has taken on the volunteer role as photography coordinator for the Nantwich based Words & Music Festival and has used the opportunity to hone his live music photography skills.
Rob has taken publicity & artwork photos for a number of recording artists including Thea Gilmore's 2019 release Small World Turning.
