Minimum Candidate Experience

At a minimum, the candidate seeking to become certified as an Adobe Experience Manager Forms Developer typically has 2-3 years' of experience with AEM Forms and at least 5 years of work experience in the IT industry. The candidate can lead the development, configuration, testing, and deployment of customized forms solutions. Further, the candidate should be able to configure a form, translate business requirements into workflows, integrate with external systems, and understand AEM Forms foundation components. Additionally, they should be familiar with the following technologies and environments:

  • Design XDP templates, XFA templates
  • Creating PDF Forms (static/dynamic, interactive and non-interactive)
  • Schema or XML data binding
  • Create Form Fragment
  • Create an Adaptive Form
  • Debugging of Complex Form
  • Configure and perform forms submission
  • Build and Deploy AEM instances for adaptive forms (cloud - needs to be confirmed)
  • Use form model
  • Ability to integrate with data services
  • Workflow implementation
  • Basic understanding of AEM forms workbench (JEE) to create long live - short live processes and services.
