About Me Andrew C. Everett

I joined the Center for Instructional Innovation team at Augusta University in 2022 as an Instructional Designer with a focus in video and multimedia production. After nearly a decade in TV news I made the move to Augusta University in 2019 as a video producer for Communications & Marketing. I earned a BS in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Augusta University. I have been awarded numerous Georgia Associated Press awards, an EMMA award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and a silver TELLY award for my work on the short film, Augusta Gives: Back to the Future. In 2017, I began flying drones around the Augusta area after earning my Part 107 certification from the FAA.

Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy training our Beagle mix, Barker. I also like using the woodworking skills I learned from my grandfather to make small wood projects. I am also a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves. Go Braves!
