Day #3 Apple Berry Smoothie
Ok, you’ve mad it to day 3 you should be feeling a bit lighter now and your energy levels should be getting to normal. From this point just start back at say 1 and by the end of the week. Your back on track. Clean as a whistle. 💪🏾
Ingredients
Day 3 - Apple Berry
1 handful spring mixed greens 2 handfuls spinach
2 cups water
1 banana, peeled
1 apple, cored, quartered
1 stevia packet (optional)
2 tbs ground flaxseeds
OPTIONAL: 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend until mixture is a juice like consistency. Stop blending and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy.
