Example Fatigue + atypical contract ==> 64.5% are often tired ==> 41.7% are comfortable to complete a fatigue report ==> 21.6% consider fatigue is taken seriously by their companies

REPORTING & OVERSIGHT

Only 23% of pilots consider that National Aviation Authorities manage safety reports well and less than 50% think that aviation authorities take safety seriously

If pilots don't report, and Civil Aviation Authorities perform oversight based on reports mostly, how safe is then Europe's "ultra-safe" industry?
