Dear Parents
This wonderful cool dry weather is allowing the next stages of development on the site to go ahead quickly. A new entrance is being created for parents and visitors to enter the school, and is due to be completed by the half term holiday. The current drop-off and pick-up points for students will not change, as thanks to the cooperation of parents, the voluntary one-way system is working well.
Making Merit
We will be holding a Merit Making ceremony for the Secondary building on Saturday February 4th at 8:30am in the Secondary Office.
An insight into being an Entrepreneur
Year 10 and 11 Business students had the pleasure of meeting local entrepreneur, Khun Khem from ‘Soap Me’ in Hua Hin.
Y7 Snack Attack Challenge
The Y7 Snack Attack Challenge is growing in excitement with students now beginning the research stages of their project. This has included the opportunity to develop cooking skills within Thai lessons and also visit several businesses to see how simple and healthy ingredients can be transformed into delicious cuisine. We thank 'I Am Pineapple' and 'Veggie-Tales' for hosting our students for these very enjoyable and educational visits.

Thai Culture Visit to Ayutthaya
We wish our Y9 students an enjoyable trip to Ayutthaya as part of their Thai Culture studies. Students depart HHIS on Tuesday morning and the first visit is to Bang Pa In Palace, which was formerly used by the Thai Kings. More pictures and highlights will be shared on our school Facebook page.
‘The Little Red Hen’ and her friends come to HHIS
Our EY2 and EY3 focus book ‘The Little Red Hen’ was brought to life today in the Early Years garden with a visit from the chickens and ducks from a local farm cafe, ‘Baan Tua Yen’. The children were excited to feed and pet the animals and they also explored the different eggs that the chickens and ducks had laid. They observed how they moved and noticed their different features. What a wonderful hands-on experience the children had to enhance their ‘Understanding of the World’. It was topped off with a lovely picnic desert of shaved ice and sweet treats!

เรียน ผู้ปกครองทุกท่าน
อากาศหนาวเย็นและแห้งในช่วงนี้ช่วยให้การพัฒนาก้าวถัดไปได้อย่างรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ทางเข้าใหม่กำลังก่อสร้างสำหรับผู้ปกครองและผู้มาติดต่อในการเข้ามาภายในบริเวณโรงเรียน ซึ่งคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จในช่วงปิดครึ่งภาคการศึกษานี้ สำหรับจุดรับ-ส่งของนักเรียนยังคงไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง ขอขอบคุณผู้ปกครองทุกท่านที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการเดินรถทางเดียวเป็นอย่างดี
ทำบุญโรงเรียน
โรงเรียนจะจัดทำบุญโรงเรียนสำหรับอาคารเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในวันเสาร์ที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เวลา 8.30 น. ณ สำนักงานโรงเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา

นักเรียนชั้น Y10 และ Y11 ที่เรียนวิชาธุรกิจได้พบกับผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ คุณเข็ม จาก ‘Soap Me’ ในพื้นที่หัวหิน
คุณเข็ม ดำเนินการทำเวิร์คช็อปสบู่สาธิตให้แก่นักเรียน เพื่อสร้างจินตนาการและการสร้างสรรค์เทียน พร้อมการตกแต่ง หลังจากเสร็จจากเวิร์คช็อป คุณเข็มใจดีแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ในการเริ่มต้นธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก และมีนักเรียนสอบถามคำถามมากมายเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด กลยุทธ์การเติบโต ตลอดจนข้อดีและข้อเสียของธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก พวกเราขอขอบคุณคุณเข็มสำหรับการสาธิตทักษะการเรียนรู้ให้แก่นักเรียนของเรา
หลังจากเวิร์คช็อปของคุณเข็ม นักเรียนชั้น KS4 ได้พักค้างคืนหลังเลิกเรียน เพื่อทำกิจกรรมกลุ่มพร้อมกับครูด้วยเกมต่างๆ รับประทานพิซซ่า ดูหนัง และพักค้างคืนที่โรงเรียน Ms Ali กล่าว

เราขออวยพรให้นักเรียนชั้น Y9 สนุกสนานกับการทัศนศึกษาที่จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งเป็นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาวัฒนธรรมไทย นักเรียนจะออกเดินทางจากโรงเรียนในช่วงเช้าวันอังคาร และจะเยี่ยมชมพระราชวังบางปะอิน ซึ่งเคยเป็นที่ประทับของพระมหากษัตริย์ไทย รูปภาพเพิ่มเติมจะแบ่งปันให้ทางเพจเฟซบุ๊กของโรงเรียน

นักเรียนชั้น EY2 และ EY3 มุ่งเน้นไปที่หนังสือ ‘The Little Red Hen’ ซึ่งได้ถูกนำมาในชีวิตจริงวันนี้ที่สวนของนักเรียนชั้นอนุบาล โดยมีไก่และเป็ดหลากหลายตัวจากฟาร์มในพื้นที่ ‘บ้านถั่วเย็น’ นักเรียนทุกคนตื่นเต้นกันมากที่ได้ให้อาหารสัตว์และสัตว์เลี้ยง พวกเขาได้ค้นหาความแตกต่างของไข่ ระหว่างไข่ไก่และไข่เป็ด พวกเขายังสังเกตการเคลื่อนไหวและลักษณะต่างๆ ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ สำหรับนักเรียนที่ทำให้เด็กๆ เข้าใจโลก ปิดท้ายด้วยการปิกนิกน้ำแข็งใสพร้อมขนมหวาน!
