We utilize presentations from each of our coaches, articles, videos, open discussions and assignments within the curriculum. Most importantly, we want to put you in front of athletes to gain the proper experience of coaching and leading a group.

Programing is delivered to our Student-Athlete's via the BridgeAthletic App allowing us to track, program and give instant access year round. Vald Performance allows us to take an athlete-centric approach to our training. We currently utilize Force Decks and the Nordboard to collect Normative Data for Return to Play Measures, Force Velocity Power Profiles (FVP) and to identify any asymmetries.
Catapult is a wearable device that allows to track work load, jumps, speed, Change of Direction among other metrics as our Student-Athletes train, practice and compete. ApolloV2 is an Athlete Management System (AMS) that allows us to store all of our data from our Bridge Metrics to Performance Assessments and allows our Performance Team (Athletic Trainers, Sports Detains, Sports Coaches, etc.) to have a centralized hub for Student-Athlete data.
