Saddlehorn Ranch April 2022

And Then There Were Six Homes

Two builders are now currently working on six homes in Phase 1. Hi-Point Home Builders have completed the trusses and roofing on the model home. Framing is underway for four Black Oak Homes and they have excavated and poured some foundation for a fifth home. Black Oak Homes pulled the permit for a sixth home, so construction will start soon, and are in the process of acquiring permits for five additional homes this week. All five Black Oak homes and the Hi-Point model home are featured in the construction update video below

At the water treatment plant, the starter rings have been installed along with the underground electric and plumbing for the building. They will be pouring the concrete slab for the water building this week. Next week, they will get the permit for the water building and are tying in the rebar for the water tank. Additionally, they are starting to cut in roads for phase two and mailboxes have been installed for Phase 1 and 2.
