How We Work
Working with CLAYPOND is different from bringing in a consultancy. We know from experience that commercial strategy needs robust execution - and vice versa. CLAYPOND is about achieving concrete results, ultimately through top-line growth.
We at CLAYPOND don’t trust the status quo, nor do we rely on conventional wisdom. We prefer to make our own discoveries. In our quest to find better ways of doing things, we aren’t afraid to question old truths and break them – in fact, we believe it often gives the best results. However, we also know a new idea isn’t worth anything unless it actually works.
The Founder
Johannes Holdø is the founder of CLAYPOND. He is a commercial strategist passionate about complex problem-solving. His professional experiences within the technology and energy industries led him to realize the need companies have for strategic thinkers who can also implement and execute.
Johannes founded CLAYPOND in 2022 because he understood the urgency for corporations with complex portfolios to rethink how they manage their marketing, communication, and sales operations.
