A Letter From Head Coach Jim Bodor

Dear Chris,

Congratulations on winning the 2022 ITA Senior Player of the Year. Your dedication and commitment to the game and your teammates have been an invaluable asset to San Diego Christian College.

You are hands down one of the greatest athletes I have had the privilege to coach and respect the way you have dedicated yourself to excellence not only on the court, but in the classroom as well.

You have continually led by example, helping to shape the up-and-coming underclassman’s character and work ethic.

Your accolades include being a National Doubles Champion, GSAC Singles and Doubles Conference Champion, 3-time All-American, 2-time GSAC Player of the Year, and 3-year Scholar Athlete just to name a few.

Your future looks very bright my friend. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to do whatever I asked of you to drive the program forward. This will serve you well as you continue your education, compete as a professional tennis player, and move into your career choice, whatever that may be.

We are proud of your accomplishment, Chris! We are grateful for how you handled yourself and how you represented our college. We wish you continued success in all your future endeavors.

Sincerely,

Coach Jim
