Five total Visa gift cards available in the drawings. Gift card drawing entry restricted to eligible respondents who complete and submit the survey by 11:59PM PT Friday, January 20, 2023 (two gift cards in this drawing) and/or 11:59PM PT Thursday, January 26, 2023 (three gift cards in this drawing).
Drawings to take place on January 21, 2023, and January 27, 2023. Gift cards to be distributed electronically shortly thereafter by MOFI, LLC.
