ECHT! is an instrumental, futuristic four-piece band inspired by the concepts absorbed in electronic music and musical production. Deeply influenced by Brussels’s culture and its diversity, ECHT!’s music stands somewhere between electronic, bass music & experimental jazz.
After their debut album 'Inwane' in 2021, ECHT! followed up with their second LP 'Sink-Along' in 2023, both released on Sdban Ultra. Their music garnered acclaim from notable media such as DJ Mag, Tsugi, Focus VIF, and 3voor12, and received support from respected DJs including Lefto, Gilles Peterson, and Jamz Supernova on BBC 6.
The band was invited to perform at iconic clubs such as Ancienne Belgique (Brussels), Melkweg & Paradiso (Amsterdam), Jazz Cafe (London), Gretchen (Berlin), in addition to major festivals like Dour (BE), Nuits Sonores (FR), Pukkelpop (BE), Lowlands (NL), North Sea Jazz (NL), Electric Castle (ROU), MENT (SL), Jazz:Refound (IT). The tour brought their music to 14 countries including Mexico & India.

Recorded in an empty space in Colfontaine, Hainaut in just three days, ECHT! draw on influences including Electro, Hip-Hop, Psychedelic Groove, Footwork, Trap, Funk and Futuristic Jazz.
Across 8 tracks consumed as one continuous 16-minute mix of swirling beats and edgy offbeat rhythms, ECHT! weave together a musical collage of sound - equal parts acoustic and electric.

ECHT! is known for its explosive live performances supported by a heavy light show. Inspired by the DJ set format, the band proceeds from beat to beat, exploring transitions' detour, building a non-stop ascension.
