Help Our Kids

It's Not Too Late to Double Your Donation

During the month of May, the Olive Crest Board of Directors is matching your donation! This means any gift you give by May 31 will be doubled in value to help twice as many children and families. Just think of all the good your gift will do today!

Provide Short-Term Care for Children

Maybe you would like to provide a safe haven for children, but making the long-term commitment required with foster care is not a good match for you and your family. Did you know that Olive Crest offers two programs that are designed to provide short term temporary shelter for children?

Emergency Shelter Care parents provide immediate care for children who have been detained by Social Services. Care is provided until it is determined whether or not the child will remain a dependent of the court or whether there are family members available to care for the child.

Safe Families for Children is a program that allows parents experiencing a temporary crisis to arrange for their children (newborn through 16 years old) to stay with Safe Families volunteers while they address the issues that led to the instability in their lives.
