Frontline CEU Requests

If you want to request CEUs from outside the district, you will need to use the Frontline Professional Growth Tab.

First, upload the evidence of participation (certificate, transcript, letter) to My File Library. There is a "how to" PDF (Frontline File Upload) in My File Library if you are having trouble.

Next, complete a Certified CEU Request form. Complete all the sections highlighted in red.

District Employee CEUs

To earn hours from District Professional Development, you must sign up on Frontline.

Under the Professional Growth Tab in Frontline

Go to Activity Catalogs/District Catalog BEFORE the date of the session.

Note: Before the date means before 12 AM; the system closes the sign up completely at midnight.

You may search for a specific date or title, or you may scroll the catalog and find the PD session for which you would like to sign up.

Once you find the session, click on the blue title to sign up for the session. You will receive a message to state you have been enrolled.

Your hours will be added after the session has concluded and attendance was taken. The committee is processing these hours, so they will not be in your account immediately after the session; this may take a few weeks until the CEU meeting following the session. Please be patient.

2023 Renewals

Once you have met all requirements for renewal, let your CEU rep know.

Send a screenshot of your "View Licensure" screen from your Frontline account. Please check with your rep if you have questions about this step.

We will confirm everything and hours will be reported after January 1, 2023 and before June 01, 2023.

Once your hours are reported you will receive an email with all the information you will need to renew with the state.

There has been a learning curve for using Frontline. The following are just a few tips and pointers we have learned so far. Please be patient as we work through this together.

To check your hours and your completed specialty hours use the My Info/Portfolio/View Licensure tab in Frontline. The numbers coordinate with the state requirements key found at the bottom of the page. The hours are grouped by renewal period, so use the +/- buttons to close the past renewal periods.

If you need a record of your current hours, you can click on print transcript to see a list of all hours approved in Frontline. A note of caution--the system will not allow us to archive hours from previous renewals.

It is your job to take care of your renewal requirements. Please let us know if we can help.
