With over two decades of experience working for private and public multinationals across various industries as a global HR professional, I have had the opportunity to live and work in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, as well as the UK, and am now based in Portland, Oregon. In my most recent full-time position, I held the role of HR Director for a prominent legal software firm. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing human resources, talent management, rewards, resourcing, and development.

At present, I am actively seeking my next part-time opportunity. My areas of expertise include global employment law, organizational strategy, full-cycle recruitment, and business partnering. I possess extensive experience working with collective bargaining agreements, mergers and acquisitions, terminations and re-organizations, salary reductions, facility and safety management, as well as ISO 9001/14001/18001 creation and management.

Additionally, I hold certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean HR, Global Professional Human Resources, and SCP-HR. I am highly passionate about continuous improvement and promoting best practices in the field of HR.
