The Clover Connection A newsletter for Douglas County 4-H Families and Volunteers March 2023

All 4-H’ers must establish project enrollment by 11:59 pm, May 1, to be eligible to exhibit in those project areas at the 2023 Douglas County Fair. This deadline is for all 4-H members. 4-H membership is open all year however, after May 1, 4-H’ers who join or have an enrollment status that is still pending will not be eligible to exhibit in the 4-H division at the 2023 Douglas County Fair. March 31 Douglas County Spring Livestock Expo Registration Deadline, Online

April 16: Picture Perfect Workshop, Rock Springs Ranch 3pm

April 20 - State Fair Market Beef DNA Envelope Order Deadline, Online

April 22: Livestock Spring Expo, Open Pavilion, Douglas County Fairgrounds

April 26 - County-Wide Poultry Project Group Meeting, 6:30 p.m., Dreher Family 4-H Building

May 1: - 4-H Camp Registration Deadline, Online

May 1: - 4-H Enrollment Deadline for eligibility to exhibit at the Douglas County Fair, Online

May 1 - State Market Beef Nominations Due, Online

May 8 - County Fair Small Livestock Tagging, 5-7 pm, Douglas County Fairgrounds

May 27: Bromelsick and Dreher Memorial Services, Oak Hill Cemetery 10:00 a.m.
