La Bruja de Monterrey is a folk tale that my parents told me about but some people say that it isn't just a folk tale because they caught a live video of her circulating the mountains of Monterrey. Many believe she a bird like human with horns and read eyes and huge wings.

My parents used to tell me that she would come and get you at night if you were not sleeping and get you. And for other people it was not to be out late or she'll come and get you and kill you. And so ether people said that it was for people not to go up to the mountains where she was spotted at cause it's private area.
